If you have
a package of Philly-Gourmet hamburger patties in your
freezer, take caution. The New York State Health Department
has issued additional warnings about the beef after
some of it tested positive for E. coli. Recently, three
Saratoga County residents got sick after eating contaminated
meat. The State suggests that residents cook all ground
beef to 160 degrees before eating it, and to always
wash your hands before and after preparing food. The
beef patties are being sold in stores throughout New
York. Read the New
York Health Department E. coli warning. Learn about
E.
coli poisoning.
