Spinach-Cauliflower Salad

 

1/2 cup slivered almonds 1 medium bunch spinach
1 large garlic clove 1 large avocado
1 small head cauliflower 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
6 tablespoons salad oil 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
3 tablespoons lemon juice
 

Place almonds on a baking pan and place in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Peel and slice avocado then sprinkle with lemon juice. Place spinach avocado and cauliflower in a bowl. Place lemon juice, garlic, basil, and pepper in a blender and blend well. Pour this sauce over the vegetables, then add the toasted almonds. Serve!!!
