| 1/2 cup slivered almonds | 1 medium bunch spinach |
| 1 large garlic clove | 1 large avocado |
| 1 small head cauliflower | 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
| 6 tablespoons salad oil | 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves |
| 3 tablespoons lemon juice | |
| Place almonds on a baking pan and place in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Peel and slice avocado then sprinkle with lemon juice. Place spinach avocado and cauliflower in a bowl. Place lemon juice, garlic, basil, and pepper in a blender and blend well. Pour this sauce over the vegetables, then add the toasted almonds. Serve!!! |
