Mixed Garden Salad

 

3 cut carrots 3 minced garlic cloves
1/3 cup olive oil 2 cut meium turnips
2 cut medium beets 1 lb. green beans
2 medium onions (thinly sliced) 1 small cauliflower
 

Cut the cauliflower into small bite size pieces. Place green beans in a pot of boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain the beans. Place the minced garlic and the other vegetables in a large salad bowl. Sprinkle with the olive oil and toss.
