| 3 cut carrots | 3 minced garlic cloves |
| 1/3 cup olive oil | 2 cut meium turnips |
| 2 cut medium beets | 1 lb. green beans |
| 2 medium onions (thinly sliced) | 1 small cauliflower |
| Cut the cauliflower into small bite size pieces. Place green beans in a pot of boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain the beans. Place the minced garlic and the other vegetables in a large salad bowl. Sprinkle with the olive oil and toss. |
