4 cups water 1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup cornmeal 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup pitted dates (chopped)
 

Place water, dates, and raisins in a medium size saucepan. Bring the water to a boil then stir in the oats, cornmeal, and wheat germ. Reduce heat a little and stir until it thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in honey. Place in bowls, add sesame seeds by sprinkling on individual servings.
