| 4 cups water | 1/2 cup wheat germ |
| 1/2 cup oats | 1/2 cup raisins |
| 1/2 cup cornmeal | 4 tablespoons sesame seeds |
| 1/4 cup honey | 1/2 cup pitted dates (chopped) |
| Place water, dates, and raisins in a medium size saucepan. Bring the water to a boil then stir in the oats, cornmeal, and wheat germ. Reduce heat a little and stir until it thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in honey. Place in bowls, add sesame seeds by sprinkling on individual servings. |
