| 1 cup sesame seeds | 1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
| 2 cups rolled oats | 1/2 cup chopped cashews |
| 2 cups cracked wheat | 2 oz. ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 teaspoon cloves | 1/2 cup chopped pecans |
| Place cracked wheat in water and allow it to soak overnight. Remove wheat and drain to remove excess water. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place wheat on a cookie sheet in a thin layer. Place in the oven for about 25 minutes, until it just begins to turn brown. Place the oats, seeds and nuts on another cookie sheet and allow them to bake for about 7 minutes. Allow both to cool and make certain that the wheat is dry, then combine all of the ingredients. Serve with fresh fruit and honey. |
